Diaphragm

Is it safe to swim with the diaphragm?

Sure, you can do almost all activities with the diaphragm. The most important thing is to make sure you have the right size for you. In addition, you should know how to check if the position has changed during any activity. Always inspect the diaphragm for perforations or tiny holes. Most diaphragms last anywhere from 14-18 months. However, if you travel, always carry a spare one.
