You have pubic lice or what is commonly known as crabs. These creatures are easily acquired from close contact. You most likely got them via your sexual encounter.
To get rid of lice will require some effort on your part. All your linen and clothes will have to be washed in hot water. You can pick off any lice on your pubis that you see with tweezers. There are several lotions and creams that you can buy. Apply on the pubic area.
I recommend shaving the area first. You may require repeat treatment The products are easy to use and you should be lice free in several weeks. Nevertheless, make sure you thoroughly vacuum the entire home and throw away anything that you do not need. Lice have nasty habit of recurring.
Avoid sex until you are free of lice, otherwise you will pass them around.
