In your case, it is more likely that you may have passed something to her rather than the other way round. There are plenty of reports of passing Chlamydia, HPV, gonorrhea and herpes after oral sex.
However, if you also performed cunnilingus on her, then you may have acquired something from her. Give it some time and if you have no symptoms, I would not worry about it.
Sex with strangers on vacation can be fun, but in some cases, the fun does turn out to a real pain later on.
